Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera), is a plant that grows
in the tropical climates such as the Philippines and commonly used as vegetable ingredient in cooking. It is simply one of the richest sources of essential nutrients, ancient medicine claims that moringa leaves prevent 300 diseases.
